Shoemack now on the other foot

Hot off the heels of his win in the ‘Geon Rookie Marketer of the Year’ category at the TVNZ-NZ Marketing Awards last year, Dave Shoemack has been promoted to Export marketing manager at DB Breweries.

Shoemack has been championed within the company for his can-do attitude and level-headed approach – two much-needed qualities given he will lead the Export brand through some exciting changes this year with Colenso promising some stellar work. Replacing Shoemack as Export brand manager is Honor Dillon, who has been with DB for over two years, working on the Tui brand inbetween having photos taken in her undies alongside dreamboat studhunk partner Danny C.

Heineken brand manager Damien Collins is also taking on the role of brand manager with Tiger and Monteith’s. He will report to Monteith’s marketing manager Russell Browne and help drive the brands’ sales and awareness through key markets.

And for you restless marketing souls, DB is currently recruiting brand managers for the Tui and Heineken teams.
