Response-driven marketing awards look to drive marketers' responses

Time is running short for your shot at 2010 RSVP and Nexus Awards glory. So make sure you get your entries in to the good folk at the NZMA by 5pm this Friday. Or else.

Entry forms (and tips for creating winning entries) can be found at the awards website. And, if needed, tardy entrants are also able to apply for permission for an extension, which will push the absolute deadline to 5pm 29 October at an additional cost of $50 + GST per entry per category. A written request for permission must be received by noon on Thursday 21 October in order for the extension to be granted, however. So email sylvia@marketing.org.nz if you're not going to make it.

And for some inspiration, take a trip into the dojo and check out last year’s winners.

Head of brand at Spark New Zealand Sarah Williams explains why the company chose to champion this social issue, how these campaigns attract both the loudest praise and the greatest vilification from New Zealanders, and why that it makes it the most important cause the company champions.
