KingSt builds client list with Landmark Homes addition

House building company Landmark Homes has shown faith in local regional agencies by appointing KingSt Tauranga as its full-service marketing and advertising agency.

The agency’s group general manager Tim Paton says its delighted to be working with the Landmark Homes team.

“They already have a great product, we just need to raise awareness and continue to build an already successful brand.”

The company’s marketing manager Shelley Begg says it’s in a competitive industry and its job at the national office is to support its franchisees and ensure it grows their enquiry levels.

“We’re excited to be working with KingSt on our advertising, we’re changing some of our core activity and have already seen positive results in a short amount of time.”

Paton added that although the agency has a good spread of clients from Auckland to Wellington, it’s pleased that another local company has realised it can get the breadth of services and quality it desired from a local agency.

The work for Landmark Homes will sit alongside KingSt’s work for No Bull Sheds, The Heart Trust, Holdfast and the University of Waikato.
