Measuring up

99 has welcomed Nina Bialostocki as its director of performance.

Bialostocki brings over 25 years of experience in media, advertising, consulting and marketing communications both locally and internationally.

Her role will span across intelligence, performance and martech. Her initial focus will be on driving intelligence deeper into the business, and will then shift to looking at potential structural, procedura and cultural changes to how 99 measures the effectiveness of its work.

Troy Fuller, managing director at 99 says: “Nina’s skillset will complement and enhance the creative as we continue to understand more deeply where to reach customers at the points of greatest impact, what’s working best, and how we might best adapt.”

Taking the lead

Krunch.co has welcomed Nick Licence as its new director of advertising technology.

Originally hailing from the UK, Licence most recently worked as the regional strategy director for Dentsu Aegis Network in Singapore, building strategic planning capability across the APAC region.

Prior to his time at Dentsu, Licence was the general manager and group planning director at Neo@Ogilvy, in Bangkok and Singapore.

In the new role at krunch.co, Licence is leading the consultancy’s data, media and digital strategy arm. He completes the leadership team comprising krunch.co’s three interdisciplinary departments – adtech, martech and creative.
