A pair of appointments

Brianna Elder, Zoe Virtue

Mango has announced two new senior appointments, with Brianna Elder joining as group business director and Zoe Virtue joining as head of digital and social.

In her new role, Elder is responsible for some of the agency’s major clients, with a particular focus on food and lifestyle. Prior to joining Mango, she ran her own agency, and before that was a director of leading PR company, Haystac (now MKTG).

Meanwhile, Virtue joins from her role as senior social media director at Fuse-OMD.  With more than six years’ experience in the digital/social media space, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience at Air New Zealand and other agencies, including Sugar & Partners.

Taking the lead

Stuff has welcomed Chloe Hubbard to the role of Auckland editor in chief.

After starting her journalism career at her local North Devon Journal covering everything from politics to the war in Afghanistan, she’s moved onto various digital news editor and senior editor roles for major UK media outlets, such as BBC Sport, The Daily Telegraph, and The Independent.

A programmatic position

Nine subsidiary Mi9 New Zealand has appointed Jonathan Devereux as programmatic manager.

Devereux joins Mi9 from KPEX (Kiwi Premium Ad Exchange) where he was the exchange’s performance manager.

In his new role, Devereux manages Mi9’s programmatic offer and provides operational support to the sales team, clients and partners to ensure the continued growth of programmatic revenue.
