We heart Semi-Permanent

Tickets to New Zealand’s premier design event, Semi-Permanent, go on sale from 24 May with a limited number of earlybird and deluxe VIP places up for grabs. And all will be relieved to know that passes include the legendary Semi-Permanent goodie bag and access to the after-party.

Event producers, The Church, have secured another inspiring line up of leading international and local creatives across advertising, graphic design, fashion, animation, illustration, motion graphics, typography, sound design, live audio-visual genius, interactive and experiential marketing, fine art, music, product design and more.

Leading the charge is Chris Allen of London-based multimedia company The Light Surgeons. New York-based typographer and illustrator Jessica Hische and graphic designer Adrian Shaughnessey from London have also been announced. New Zealander’s Dick and Otis Frizzell head up the New Zealand contingent of creatives.

The two-day event will be held on 20-21 August at the Aotea Centre in Auckland and it is sponsored by StopPress’ sister publication (some call it the grumpy uncle publication), Idealog. The full programme will be announced in early June.

Tickets will be available from 24 May through The Edge Ticketing Service – www.buytickets.co.nz, 09 357 3355 or 0800 289 842.
