Human rights NGO Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand has announced a tech-enabled, consultancy partnership with Auckland agency Flight Digital.
The agency is providing strategic insight to help Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand improve its overall digital presence, supporter experience and social marketing, with a kick-off discovery phase already completed.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Amnesty International in Aotearoa,” says Jack Lochore, GM, Flight Digital.
“The work they do in the human rights space is so important, and their vision for the future of society is one we want to be a part of. So we jumped at the chance to help accelerate this vision through the strategic use of technology and performance marketing. The opportunities we’re uncovering together for their work and stakeholders are really exciting.“
“We’ve been inspired by the energy and insight Flight Digital is bringing to the partnership,” says Zebedee Stone, Fundraising & Marketing Director, Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand.
“Effective engagement with people to create human rights impact – that’s at the heart of everything Amnesty International does. When it came time to upgrade our online presence, naturally we were looking for digital experts at the top of their game. Our work with Flight Digital will really help us reach people and mobilise them to stand with humanity, taking our campaigning to a new level.”
Amnesty International is currently running a campaign requesting help via donations and/or getting the word out to protect human rights for people in, and fleeing, Ukraine. For more, visit amnesty.org.nz.
