V Engery drink folds a fitted sheet and shares other life hacks

V Energy drink is making the life of its fans easier by sharing some super essential life skills in a series of quirky videos, which see a selfie taker descend into a volcano and Taylor Swift give budgeting advice.

The Australian campaign, by TKT in Sydney, has a dedicated website where V Energy drinkers can scan their cans to reveal videos teaching some necessary, and possibly unnecessary tips.

While taking on laundry may not seem like the energy drink’s sweet spot, we’re sure we aren’t the only ones who enjoyed the lesson in folding a fitted sheet, which is as the video pointed is a battle to get into the cupboard.

The video uses a sky diver to give the lesson, who calls on his experiences folding parachutes. However, he is to distracted boasting about his sheet folding talent to realise a fellow sky diver has grabbed the sheet instead of a parachute until it’s too late.

The next video draws attention to the lengths people are going to for the perfect selfie. The video watches as a guy abseils into a volcano to demonstrate the need for an interesting background and natural light. He then holds up his phone to take the selfie before being knocked to the ground by a sudden blast from the volcano.

Taylor Swift is also on hand to give some advice, or at least her look alike, who fittingly teaches the audience how to save money with knock off products and home made gifts. The best takeaway: when using high speed internet, think for at least 10 seconds before you buy.

Another video shares some advice for getting backstage. Narrated by an old man with the help of a teen girl, it advises those willing to go in wih a crowd or distract the security guard with questions about his job. The best tip, if you make it backstage, eat immediately, because it feels better to getting thrown out with a full stomach than an empty stomach.

Other videos in the campaign explain how to pick llamas from alpacas, hit a bulls eye in archery, resolve conflict and detect a lie. We suggest you don’t try them all at home.
