Been on Tinder lately and come across a white rhino? Don’t be fooled, that’s not what New Zealand blokes look like. The profile is a campaign to save Sudan, the world’s last male white rhino.
“I’m one of a kind. No seriously, I’m the last male white rhino on Earth…I perform well under pressure. I like to eat grass and chill in the mud. No problems. 6 ft tall and 5,000 pounds is it matters” reads the profile alongside a pretty dashing profile picture.
Those who swipe right to the profile are led to a donation page where Ol Pejeta Conservancy hopes $9 million will be raised to help pay for fertility treatments.
While Sudan lives in Kenya with the last two female white rhinos, unfortunately, all attempts to get him to mate have failed due to his old age.
But it's hoped that won't put off the women on Tinder in the 190 countries where Sudan's profile will be making an appearance.
