Julian Dennison pokes fun at Aussie ball-tampering scandal for Lynx

Our very own Julian Dennison is back starring as Humphrey in the latest Australian Lynx campaign, playing off trans-Tasman rivalry to launch the new Lynx New Zealand.

The campaign is a sequel to the Lynx Australia campaign launched in January and centres around the importance of confidence (and Lynx) to achieve your goals. In Dennison’s case, that means keeping his girlfriend’s interests when a new Australian comes to town.

When Humphrey runs out of Lynx Australia just before his Australia v New Zealand handball match, his confidence plummets and hope is nearly lost. Thankfully the discovering of the new Lynx New Zealand helps him keep his head in the game, even when he catches his Australia rival sand-papering the ball – a poke at the ball-tampering scandal that plagued the Australian cricket team earlier this year.

The campaign will run across digital and social in Australia, and will also appear on television and out-of-home in New Zealand.
