Entrepreneur Barbie has more LinkedIn followers than you

Barbie is now an entrepreneur. Complete with LinkedIn profile, briefcase and smartphone, she's ready to inspire/mislead little girls through a career at her latest venture "Dream Incubator", and talk shop with her more-than-3000 LinkedIn followers.

Mattel obviously sees entrepreneurship as a Barbie personality potential. "This year alone, female entrepreneurs have graced the cover of Time's Most Influential People issue and lead one in five startups," the company said in a release. "Alongside Barbie, female entrepreneurs are changing the world, surpassing their goals and showing girls they can be both capable and captivating."

Entrepreneur special reports editor Linda Lacina says: "[Her PowerPoint] includes a flowchart guiding girls looking to transform a love of baking and crafting into a viable money-making venture. Here at Entrepreneur, we see this as a critical document and shared printed copies with our team."
