You may have noticed there's a rugby game on this weekend. And you may have noticed that there is usually a whole heap of inane chat before, during and after each match. But Guy Montgomery and Fasitua Amosa have shown us what a post-match should be like with a clip on Squiz, a site that calls itself "New Zealand's home of short-form video content". 

Extra points for the subtle logo changes around the post-match sponsor hoardings. We'd love a Pepi right now. 

Speaking of rugby, Highlanders fans have been reliving the glory of the classic team song after David Fahey's camcorder video of Bill Acklin belting it out at Carisbrook in 1999 got a good sharing.

Newshub takes advantage of 1 News outage

On Wednesday night, 1 News watchers were left wondering where the news had gone after the broadcast cut out for more than five minutes. While the technical issues were soon resolved, Newshub saw an opportunity to convince 1 News watchers to change the channel.
