TVCs of the Week: 30 April's it for: Silver Fern Farms by Colenso BBDO and Capital City Films

Why we like it: New Zealand has a rich heritage when it comes to rural vs. urban in advertising. And this continuation of the quintessential Kiwi man of the land educating Silver Fern Farm meat eaters about the quality flesh it sells is a good addition to the pantheon.'s it for: Phoenix by Assignment Group and Waitemata Films. 

Why we like it: It's not destined for TV, and it does deal with the low-hanging fruit, so to speak, of manly-looking female shotputters, but it's also pretty funny.

It called on Goodfolk and Phosphor to create a new website with its staff front and centre and as Goodfolk general manager Benn Winlove explains, the execution is a result of the client's willingness to listen to its agencies and the agencies' willingness to understand their client.
