Who's it for: 2degrees by Special Group

Why we like it: Some classic 2degrees tomfoolery in this festive scratchie promotion, with a Christmas sweater-wearing Mr Darby obviously unable to control his magical powers of duplication. A nice first shot from new agency Special Group (although it's very similar to previous ads when the account was with TBWA\).

Who's it for: BMW by ze Germans

Why we like it: 'Tis an international ad, made by international folk, but the New Zealand scenery obviously played a big starring role alongside the new X5. And while it's quintessential automotive advertising, quite reminiscent of Audi's recent ad and shows places most BMW drivers seem unlikely to go, it still looks good.
