Tui barrage continues as latest 'Brewing Legends' ad goes live

Youtube Video

It's all action for Tui at the moment: it's just released a new Facebook app, it's put its gnomes on TV for the first time as part of a big promotion, it's treading a fairly fine line with some of the comments from the lovely ladies competing in the Miss Tui competition and now it's just released the follow up to the impressive 'Brewing Legends' brand ad that was set free before Christmas.

Saatchi & Saatchi's last ad focused on a legendary game of golf. And this time it aims to capture a legendary game of rugby: the sell-out Hurricanes pre-season Super 15 match on 29 January against the Chiefs that took place in a farmer’s paddock across the road from the Tui Brewery in Mangatainoka.

10,000 fans turned up for that match and the ad tells the story of three of those fans, with the dulcet tones of John Rowles once again creating the legendary sonic backdrop.
