As you can see, this billboard is slightly more 'experiential' than your typical effort, however. We'll leave it to you to decide whether being tattooed for the cause is an example of immense stupidity or immense commitment. Or perhaps it's all an elaborate hoax, like this one involving quail-eggs being spread all over the face of a few major media networks.
