Side Dish for summer

Sick of banging a collection of mystery meats on the barbie when guests come calling? Tired of ignoring the culinary master within and failing to expand the recipe repertoire? Becoming morbidly obese due to a constant diet of beer and fish 'n' chips?

Of course you are. And that's why Dish magazine has teamed up with Oyster Bay wines to bring the people a selection of recipes for summer.

The new website offers a vast array of summer delights and the recipes are searchable by ingredient or occasion (Christmas, New Year, Holidays, Entertaining and Weekends).

The question of wine matching is also solved with recipes featuring a suggested pairing from Oyster Bay’s range.

Dish editor Victoria Wells says the magazine is delighted to be partnering with Oyster Bay for the new website.

The Hot List 2018: vote for the media industry's best thinkers, creators and products

For our next issue of NZ Marketing magazine (on sale in June), we’re getting in on the listicle action by selecting the best of the bunch in the media business. While the editorial team puts their heads together to figure out who and what comes out on top, we need avid readers with their fingers on the pulse to vote for their favourite magazines, TV shows, radio brands, media companies, visionaries and more. Voting closes 6 June.
