Photographers *gasp* reveal themselves... for art

Eight of New Zealand’s top advertising photographers are revealing a little of themselves to the public. Renowned for their world-class commercial work, this group of internationally awarded photographers is showcasing personal work in an exhibition to launch 1 December.

The exhibition will show limited edition works from photographers Chris Sisarich, Ross Brown, Paul Ross Jones, Fraser Clements, Aaron McLean, Virginia Woods-Jack, Steven Boniface and Meek, all names very well known within the advertising industry.

Working commercially under the matchphotographers banner, their client list includes big name brands such as Air New Zealand, the All Blacks for adidas, Singapore Airlines, beverages such as Steinlager and 42Below, Tourism New Zealand and Lexus.

From fashion to food, portraits to product, beverages to benevolent causes, these photographers have shot it all. So what do they create in their spare time?

Matchphotographers get personal from Friday 2 December to Monday 5 December 2011, 10am – 4pm daily, at a pop up gallery at 61 Randolph Street, Newton.
