How is creative consultant agency The Pond gonna surf the social media wave? By launching a specialised social networking creative team for companies wishing to get profile in those hard-to-reach digital places.

Enter Simon Pound and Hadleigh Averill. Pound is a writer, director and self-confessed troublemaker who sounds like your hip high school science teacher. The clever clog even has his own YouTube channel.

Averill’s passions are guerrilla marketing, making art and streaking. He even faked his own death. Now that’s creative. Averill has also been recently ‘outed’ as the leader of NO, an underground social networking group that does nice things for the community like planting trees and singing on buses.

Both consultants have a swag of experience and are waiting to show you the online path to brand recognition.
