If you are living in or have recently visited Auckland, chances are you will have by now stumbled upon the bulging billboard on Victoria Street, advertising TV One's new show Hung. We wrote a story on it some weeks back, and can now report that it has been causing some stirrings overseas too.
Colenso BBDO can breathe easy knowing their creation has captured the attention of gossip-extraordinaire Perez Hilton, who sent an email about the billboard to all his fans, titling the email: 'Now That's What We Call Advertising.'
“We love the way those kinky Kiwis think!” says Hilton.
The billboard has also been featured on the coolhunter website.
While appreciating the billboard from the picture above goes some length in helping you understand what the hype is about, nothing quite beats seeing it in its full glory with your own two eyes. But be quick, the billboard is due to come down in one weeks time.
