Localist for Business gets Google nod for AdWords quality

Localist for Business has scooped Google’s inaugural trans-Tasman premier small and medium business AdWords partner for Best Quality Accounts, measured by AdWords quality score.

The quality score is one of two metrics Google uses to decide an ad’s ranking, alongside the maximum bid for the keyword. The score is based on how relevant the ad is to the user.

“AdWords is one of the most effective and proven online advertising methods that exist. The skill is in understanding how to optimise this platform to get the best outcomes for our customers,” says Localist CEO Christina Domecq.

Google judged award entries based on AdWords performance across two weeks last October. The Premier SMB Partner across Australia and New Zealand with the highest average quality score was declared the winner.

“The Google AdWords Premier SME Partner Program is a great way for small businesses to connect with companies who can help them make the most of their online advertising,” says Alex Storey, head of Google’s Australia & New Zealand channel sales partnerships.
