We are excited to share a new opportunity to join our Marketing and Communications team, based in our Christchurch head office.

What will you do? The Digital Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support us in developing and implementing best practice campaigns by providing data-driven insights to enhance our marketing strategies.

The position will incorporate a variety of activities, including:

* Working with the Marketing & Digital teams to deliver enhanced results focused digital campaign strategy that aligns with overarching brand strategy
* Identifying objectives and advising on measurement strategies for digital campaigns
* Benchmarking campaign performance across all online channels
* Reporting, analysing and interpreting key metrics to identify trends and recommendations
* Developing and implementing meaningful custom dashboards
* Analysing online user behaviour and conversion data
* Championing a data-driven mind-set
* Performing Return On Investment analysis to evaluate different marketing campaigns
* Participating in regular marketing meetings and contributing to annual strategic planning processes.

What are we looking for? Someone with energy, expertise, superior analytical ability, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills will be a natural fit in our supportive and collaborative team environment.

Our ideal candidate will have:

* Significant (5yrs+) experience in a comparable role
* In-depth understanding of Google Analytics (ideally a Google Analytics certified professional)
* In depth understanding of SEO strategies
* Comprehensive knowledge of digital metrics across environments such as Facebook, Google Display Network and Google Adwords
* Proven expertise in information gathering, analysis and reporting
* A natural flair for critical thinking and problem solving
* A good understanding of Excel
* A result focused attitude
* Excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional communication skills.

Who's it for: NZSki by Kelly Lovelock/NZSki

Why we like it: Just in time for the season opening NZSki has unveiled its latest spot, The Remarkables ‘Find your Freedom’, fronted by local mountaineer and head of patrol Michel LePage. The ad showcases a range of skiers, snowboarders and hikers shredding down The Remarkables and gives light to the mountains identity as a haven for freedom skiers. While Queenstown’s illustrious mountain range tends to market itself, NZSki does a good job to showcase its beauty. The spot represents part of NZSkis new brand mission which is the first in fifteen years.

Who's it for: Mitre 10 by FCB

Why we like it: Featuring a screw loose donkey and a distressed owner, Mitre 10 and FCB have nailed it with its latest spot - ‘Roy – Kong’s Out Again’.  The 45-second ad follows the exploits of a donkey called Kong, who literally becomes the owner’s worst nightmare. The ad has the donkey popping up at work, the neighbours, and during a car wash, to present a gripping saga between the donkey and its bearded owner. After many attempts to fence Kong in, the owner visits Mitre 10 and builds a counterpart for Kong to keep him company. 

Who's it for: Les Mills by in-house

Why we like it: Les Mills' 'You Are Limitless' will lift ou off your office chair and get you moving even on the dreariest of Tuesday afternoons. The one-minute spot is a high voltage display of athletes working out in a range of settings. The video is shot in hyper definition and has a sporadic pace moving from ultra-fast to ultra-slow motion. It prompts its viewers to 'find that state of mind that pushes you through' and finishes by stating 'you choose to leave yesterday behind - and to leave tomorrow open to opportunity'. 

Who's it for: ASB

Why we like it: The latest spot by ASB showcases a banter-filled game of coin rugby between the All Blacks and France. The duel sees three All Blacks, Anton Linert-Brown, Ryan Crotty, and Matt Todd face off against Emilie (whose last name remains unknown) in what is a tight contest between the Les Blues and the ABs. The ad sees dubious referee calls, a strong comeback and a few delicate coin touches to keep you interested.
