Our client is a dynamic and growing digital transformation agency, making its mark in the new booming digital communications space. They are looking for an extremely organised, enthusiastic and energetic Account Director or Senior Digital Producer – someone that is passionate about digital strategy, social media, inbound marketing, content and data-driven results and more!!!
The new Account Director will across a large corporate client and across some of the agencies remaining client portfolio. When not playing lead account director you'll be working on some new business and helping bed in other account managers and helping with their training and individual growth potential. All while being immersed in a vibrant new age agency that is experiencing significant growth. They will work alongside the Head of Client Service on managing project workflow, budgets, proposals, managing clients, and assisting with general account admin (You know the drill!).
The successful candidate will have strong technical nous, a focus on the digital detail and be open to constantly learning on the job.

Min 10+ years in account management
Digital or advertising agency experience best
• Ability to manage multiple dynamic client projects at once
• Proven experience in building and maintaining ongoing client relationships
• Internal management of creative & design & content teams to ensure projects are completed to budget and timelines
• Client Communication - leading and directing client meetings and presentations
• Provide detailed project statuses and tracking reports
• Scope and draft new business proposals
• Assist management with new business initiatives
• Proven experience working with tight deadlines
• Highly reactive and responsive to client and team requests
• Ability to motivate and negotiate with both colleagues and clients
• Tertiary - preferred
• Any industry qualifications a bonus of course

Why we like it: Babies are in the news at the moment (looking at you Meghan and Harry) and while Air New Zealand’s latest campaign predates the Royal announcement, who can go past cute, smiley cherubs. While most of the babes are happy in the Skycouch, it’s nice to see a few tears which are definitely a reality for parents out there.
