Warehouse launches health and beauty shopping website

The Warehouse Group, which includes Noel Leeming, Torpedo 7, pet.co.nz, Warehouse Stationery and the iconic Red Sheds, has announced the launch of a new online shopping site for Kiwis looking for health and beauty products – www.ilovebeauty.co.nz.

According to the company, the new website will offer global cosmetics, fragrances and hair care products at “market-best prices”.

According to group chief executive Mark Powell, ilovebeauty.co.nz has its own brand identity and is entirely separate from the other group businesses.

“Kiwis are becoming much more comfortable shopping online, but they are rightly concerned that with an offshore website where there’s very little assistance, backup or comeback if something’s not right,” says Powell.  “We can offer better prices than other online cosmetic sites with the surety of local support.”

The product range will include fragrances, including Gucci, Vera Wang, Marc Jacobs, Viktor & Rolf, Calvin Klein, Yves Saint Laurent, Armani, Bvlgari, Hugo Boss and Estee Lauder, as well as cosmetics, skin care and hair care products by Revlon, L’Oreal, OPI, Redken, Maybelline, Clarins, Dermalogica, Almay, Rimmel, and Elizabeth Arden.

Powell says the group’s multichannel investments were a major part of the group’s growth strategy.
