Diamonds and ice: Colenso BBDO makes it a double at DMA Echo awards for ‘Feel Tip Top’

As Tip Top and Colenso BBDO launch the new campaign promoting the reformulated, all-natural range of ice creams, Colenso BBDO/Proximity have been handed the top award for an unprecedented second year in a row at the DMA International ECHO Awards Competition for the launch of its brand platform, ‘Feel Tip Top’, backing up its Diamond for the Pedigree ‘Doggelganger’ campaign in 2012

‘Feel Tip Top’ first picked up the Gold in the Consumer Products/Direct Mail category, and then scooped the Diamond Award for the best campaign in the show. 

“Sometimes the works that works the best is really simple, and I think ‘Feel Tip Top’ is a great example of that,” says Nick Garrett, Colenso BBDO’s managing director. “The campaign was really well executed by the client and the agency team so I’m very proud of the result.“

V Energy Drink also picked up two awards, a silver and a bronze, for the V Energy Drink ‘Motion Project’ in the Consumer Product/Digital Content Video and Consumer Products/Social Media categories. Amnesty International also won a bronze for the ‘Trial by Timeline’ campaign in the Not-for Profit / Social Media campaign.    

The awards, which recognise both creativity and effectiveness, are a leading contributor to the Won Report, the annual global ranking of the world’s most creative campaigns and agencies.
