Apparently there’s a lot of porn on the internet. As all the staff at StopPress are pure as the driven snow, we’re not sure if this is true. And we’re also unaware if Hotmalm.com, which takes a unique approach to showcasing Ikea beds, is modelled on the content and headlines of certain adult sites.
As the site, which is definitely safe for work, was developed by Droga5 and a few friends but, unsurprisingly, has no official connection to the Swedish brand, says: “The HotMalm.com team is dedicated to bringing you the hottest Hot Malm action on the web. Our diverse and international team prides itself on curating and maintaining the Internet’s most comprehensive collection of Hot Malm videos, images and content. Hot new Malms are being stripped down, screwed and laid by the thousands every day, and it’s our mission to expose them.”
All the options, like ‘Blond Malm shows pink’, ‘Hot Malm’s bottom stuffed’ and ‘Big Beautiful Malm strips outside’, link back to the Ikea site. And for those with more specific tastes in the bedroom, you can even search by category, like Big Beautiful Malms or Animal on Malm.
A porn-related site with a whole heap of sexy puns isn’t exactly aligned with the brand values of Ikea. In fact, it’s probably the exact opposite of this actual ad for Ikea, which won a gold lion at Cannes in the film category.
