Clemenger buys Levo Digital

The Clemenger Group has purchased a majority stake in Levo Digital, a leading Australian marketing services and technology business.

Levo was founded in 2005 by Callum Hoogesteger and Craig Roberts, who will continue to lead the business and Levo will retain its brand within the Clemenger Group.

Levo delivers transformation by empowering businesses with marketing technology and tools that connect consumers with the things they want and need, when and where they need them.

The company helps its clients with their organisations through the implementation and use of technology, with a specialisation in designing and deploying marketing automation and ecommerce platforms. The company has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Peth and Auckland.

Clemenger Group executive chairman Robert Morgan says Levo will give Clemenger the underlying technology skills required to deliver personal, scalable and unmissable experiences.

“Levo already works with us on key clients and we see enormous growth opportunities post acquisition for Levo to work both our CHE Proximity and Clemenger BBDO Networks.”

The latest acquisition is part of Clemenger’s growing portfolio of investments in the last year.

In 2017, Clemenger announced both a majority investment in research/customer intelligence company Perceptive Group, and a merger between Clemenger BBDO, Touchcast and Proximity.
